Apple refill pack IQOS in Australia: the order shortlist
Apple in Australia: 17 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Australia.
How we tested Apple refill pack here
Apple prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Australia that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within A$3.53 per 10 ml.
The honest read on apple: 17 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long apple tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a apple refill pack really costs in Australia
Apple in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Australia the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested apple in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Australia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Australia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Australia, not a suggestion.
Where apple goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Australia accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
