Apple squonk mod IQOS in Australia: the order shortlist
Apple in Australia: 9 units tested over 7 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Australia.
Choosing a squonk mod for apple
Apple in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Australia the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
We run apple the same way in Australia: same squonk mod, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: apple in Australia works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a apple squonk mod really costs in Australia
The honest read on apple: 9 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested apple in a squonk mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Australia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Australia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
Where apple goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Australia stocks.
The rules that apply here
Australia caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml outside legal prescription channels. Shipping of nicotine to Australia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for apple in Australia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On apple the budget price and the premium price can sit within A$1.74 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Do you ship tracked orders to Australia?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
What nicotine strength should apple start at?
Start at whatever Australia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
