Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Ordering into Australia usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Candy in Australia reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: candy in Australia works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a candy pen device really costs in Australia
If you are looking at candy in Australia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested candy in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Australia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Australia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where candy goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised A$30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run A$2.9 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Australia caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml outside legal prescription channels. Shipping of nicotine to Australia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for candy in Australia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
