Candy refill pack IQOS in Australia: the budget shortlist
Candy in Australia: 20 units tested over 7 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Australia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the candy habit
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Australia that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within A$2.71 per 10 ml.
A candy refill pack from the budget options in Australia costs about A$2.71 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long candy tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a candy refill pack really costs in Australia
If you are looking at candy in Australia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested candy in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Australia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Australia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where candy goes wrong
- Mixing candy with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised A$32 entry kit as the real cost when refills run A$2.71 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Australia caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml outside legal prescription channels. Shipping of nicotine to Australia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Australia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
