Dessert box mod IQOS in Australia: the compare shortlist
Dessert in Australia: 22 units tested over 3 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Australia.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Dessert box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Ordering into Australia usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long dessert tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a dessert box mod really costs in Australia
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Australia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested dessert in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Australia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every dessert bottle shipped into Australia.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Australia, not a suggestion.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised A$44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run A$1.91 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why dessert tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Australia caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml outside legal prescription channels. Shipping of nicotine to Australia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for dessert in Australia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
Can I order IQOS online in Australia?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does dessert in a box mod last?
In Australia we measured 3 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
