Dessert pod kit IQOS in Australia: the wholesale shortlist
Dessert in Australia: 10 units tested over 8 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Australia.
Choosing a pod kit for dessert
We run dessert the same way in Australia: same pod kit, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A dessert pod kit from the bulk options in Australia costs about A$2.18 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a dessert pod kit really costs in Australia
Most people searching IQOS in Australia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested dessert in a pod kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Australia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Australia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Australia, not a suggestion.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why dessert tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Australia accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised A$60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run A$2.18 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Australia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Australia caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml outside legal prescription channels. Shipping of nicotine to Australia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | A$60 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | A$2.18 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should dessert start at?
Start at whatever Australia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
How long does dessert in a pod kit last?
In Australia we measured 8 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
