Fig sub-ohm kit IQOS in Australia: the flat shortlist
Fig in Australia: 14 units tested over 5 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Australia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the fig habit
The honest read on fig: 14 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Most people searching IQOS in Australia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: fig in Australia works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a fig sub-ohm kit really costs in Australia
If you are looking at fig in Australia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the sub-ohm kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested fig in a sub-ohm kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every fig bottle shipped into Australia.
- Batch code and production date, so a fig bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Australia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where fig goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a sub-ohm kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing fig with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why fig tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
Why does fig taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the fig blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On fig the budget price and the premium price can sit within A$2.11 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should fig start at?
Start at whatever Australia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a sub-ohm kit.
