Lemon RDA IQOS in Australia: the guide shortlist
Lemon in Australia: 21 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Australia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Lemon in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Australia the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Lemon in Australia reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: lemon in Australia works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lemon RDA really costs in Australia
Lemon prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Australia that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within A$2.68 per 10 ml.
How we tested lemon in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Australia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Australia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a lemon bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lemon tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long lemon in Australia survives.
- Mixing lemon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Australia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Australia caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml outside legal prescription channels.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Australia: about A$2.68 per 10 ml liquid plus A$59 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does lemon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should lemon start at?
Start at whatever Australia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
