Lemon refill pack IQOS in Australia: the cheap shortlist
Lemon in Australia: 15 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Australia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
A lemon refill pack from the cheapest options in Australia costs about A$2.62 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Lemon refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long lemon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a lemon refill pack really costs in Australia
We run lemon the same way in Australia: same refill pack, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested lemon in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lemon bottle shipped into Australia.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long lemon in Australia survives.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Australia stocks.
The rules that apply here
Australia caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml outside legal prescription channels. Shipping of nicotine to Australia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Australia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On lemon the budget price and the premium price can sit within A$2.62 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Do you ship tracked orders to Australia?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does lemon in a refill pack last?
In Australia we measured 2 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
