Lime 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Australia: the flat shortlist
Lime in Australia: 6 units tested over 5 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Australia.
What the label on Lime is allowed to say
The honest read on lime: 6 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.

If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long lime tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a lime 30 ml shortfill really costs in Australia
Lime sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested lime in a 30 ml shortfill
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Australia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a lime bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where lime goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Australia accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised A$59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run A$1.69 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for lime in Australia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Australia caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml outside legal prescription channels. Shipping of nicotine to Australia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
