Melon pod kit IQOS in Australia: the flat shortlist
Melon in Australia: 15 units tested over 9 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Australia.
Ordering IQOS to Australia: the practical version
We run melon the same way in Australia: same pod kit, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Melon pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long melon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a melon pod kit really costs in Australia
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Australia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested melon in a pod kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Australia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Australia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a melon bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where melon goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long melon in Australia survives.
- Treating the advertised A$32 entry kit as the real cost when refills run A$3.5 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Australia caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml outside legal prescription channels.
Retail sales in Australia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On melon the budget price and the premium price can sit within A$3.5 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Do you ship tracked orders to Australia?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does melon in a pod kit last?
In Australia we measured 9 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
