Pear sub-ohm kit IQOS in Australia: the compare shortlist
Pear in Australia: 13 units tested over 4 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Australia.
Where buyers go wrong with pear in Australia
Pear in Australia reaches the shelf in sub-ohm kit formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Ordering into Australia usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long pear tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a pear sub-ohm kit really costs in Australia
Pear in Australia reaches the shelf in sub-ohm kit formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested pear in a sub-ohm kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every pear bottle shipped into Australia.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where pear goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why pear tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a sub-ohm kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for pear in Australia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Australia caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml outside legal prescription channels. Shipping of nicotine to Australia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Pear | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | sub-ohm kit | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 13 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Australia |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Australia | 4–9 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | A$63 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | A$2.41 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How long does pear in a sub-ohm kit last?
In Australia we measured 4 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should pear start at?
Start at whatever Australia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a sub-ohm kit.
Why does pear taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the pear blend itself harsh.
