Ordering IQOS to Australia: the practical version
Salted in Australia reaches the shelf in prefilled pod formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Ordering into Australia usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: salted in Australia works if the prefilled pod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted prefilled pod really costs in Australia
We run salted the same way in Australia: same prefilled pod, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested salted in a prefilled pod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Australia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Australia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for prefilled pod in Australia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Australia.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
Where salted goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Australia accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long salted in Australia survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a prefilled pod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for salted in Australia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Australia caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml outside legal prescription channels.
