Salted starter kit IQOS in Australia: the wholesale shortlist
Salted in Australia: 14 units tested over 8 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Australia.
What the label on Salted is allowed to say
The honest read on salted: 14 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Salted in Australia reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted starter kit really costs in Australia
We run salted the same way in Australia: same starter kit, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested salted in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Australia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Australia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where salted goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long salted in Australia survives.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Australia stocks.
The rules that apply here
Australia caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml outside legal prescription channels. Shipping of nicotine to Australia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Australia?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Can I order IQOS online in Australia?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
