Sour 100 ml bottle IQOS in Australia: the best shortlist
Sour in Australia: 16 units tested over 2 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Australia.
Where buyers go wrong with sour in Australia
Sour sounds like one product. It is not: a 100 ml bottle running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
A sour 100 ml bottle from the best options in Australia costs about A$2.95 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: sour in Australia works if the 100 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour 100 ml bottle really costs in Australia
Most people searching IQOS in Australia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested sour in a 100 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Australia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Australia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 100 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the 100 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where sour goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 100 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a 100 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Australia stocks.
- Mixing sour with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
