Tropical vape pen IQOS in Australia: the order shortlist
Tropical in Australia: 7 units tested over 8 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Australia.
Where buyers go wrong with tropical in Australia
If you are looking at tropical in Australia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the vape pen you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Ordering into Australia usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tropical vape pen really costs in Australia
Ordering into Australia usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested tropical in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Australia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a tropical bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Australia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Treating the advertised A$34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run A$3.32 per 10 ml.
- Mixing tropical with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tropical tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
